What a great day for Team Kitaco. Lady (AUS CH Nightwood Tsarina of Alucard (IMP AUST)), our fabulous Russian Toy took Reserve Best in Show and our spectacular Long Coat Chihuahua, Ava (Kitaco Smashed Avocado) took Puppy in Show and Best Bitch at the NZ Dog Judges Association’s exam/open show.
The rest of the Team did us proud, too. Spencer took Best of Breed, Best Dog and Best NZ Bred in the Smooth Coats while Alice took Junior of Breed in the Longs. She was knocked out of the Age in Show lineup by the Best in Show.
With so many cancelled shows and Level 2 restrictions in place it was great to be able to have a show. Well done to the NZDJA for their excellent, socially distant organization and congrats to all the candidates sitting their exams.
