We’ve just received confirmation that Dr Tracey Tonkin has been appointed the Chihuahua Breed Health Liaison Officer for Dogs NZ.
We are so proud of the work Tracey does promoting health testing in our Breed and her efforts to encourage ethical breeding in order to stamp out many of the avoidable health conditions that afflict our Breed.
Her role is to advocate on behalf of Chihuahuas NZ-wide to protect our breed by ensuring all our breeders are producing the healthiest dogs possible.
